Green Eagle Pressure Washing LLC - Terms of Service

 

 

 

 

1. Scheduling and Cancellation Policy

 

 

When you book a service, you reserve a time slot on our schedule.

 

  • A $50 cancellation fee applies to any cancellation if you are removed from the schedule after booking, regardless of notice.

  • If rescheduling is needed, you must notify us as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate reschedules, but availability is not guaranteed. Failure to reschedule appropriately may result in cancellation fees being applied.

 

 

 

 

2. Payment Terms

 

 

  • Payment is due in full upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to service.

  • We accept cash, credit/debit card, or other approved payment methods.

  • Late payments may incur additional fees. Accounts past due may be sent to collections at the customer’s expense.

 

 

 

 

3. Scope of Work

 

 

  • Our service agreement covers only the areas specified in your written or verbal quote.

  • Any additional work requested on-site may be subject to additional charges.

  • Green Eagle Pressure Washing LLC is not responsible for services not explicitly listed in the estimate or service agreement.

 

 

 

 

4. Weather Conditions

 

 

  • We reserve the right to delay or reschedule services due to rain, storms, freezing conditions, high winds, or other unsafe weather conditions.

  • Green Eagle Pressure Washing LLC is not responsible for weather-related impacts after service, including runoff, organic regrowth, or water staining.

 

 

 

 

5. Surface and Material Conditions

 

 

  • Customers acknowledge that certain surfaces may be prone to damage from pressure washing (including but not limited to: oxidized siding, cracked concrete, loose paint, deteriorated wood, or aged mortar).

  • Green Eagle Pressure Washing LLC is not responsible for damages resulting from pre-existing conditions or normal reactions to industry-standard cleaning methods.

 

 

 

 

6. Electronics, Cameras, and Fixtures

 

 

  • Customers must secure, remove, or properly protect all outdoor electronics, including but not limited to cameras, doorbells, speakers, outlets, lights, and sensors.

  • Green Eagle Pressure Washing LLC is not liable for damage to unprotected or improperly installed electronic equipment.

 

 

 

 

7. Customer Responsibilities

 

 

  • Ensure all windows and doors are properly closed and sealed.

  • Move any fragile or valuable items from the cleaning area.

  • Ensure pets and children are kept indoors during service.

  • Notify us of any pre-existing issues with surfaces or property before service begins.

 

 

 

 

8. Limited Warranty

 

 

  • Green Eagle Pressure Washing LLC guarantees workmanship to a professional standard.

  • However, due to environmental factors and uncontrollable variables, no warranties are expressed or implied regarding regrowth, staining, or long-term results unless explicitly stated in writing.

 

 

 

 

9. Indemnification

 

 

  • The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Green Eagle Pressure Washing LLC, its employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, or expenses arising out of the services provided, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

 

 

 

 

10. Right to Refuse Service

 

 

  • Green Eagle Pressure Washing LLC reserves the right to refuse service at our sole discretion if conditions are unsafe, unreasonable, or beyond the scope of standard pressure washing practices.

 

 

 

 

11. Photo and Video Release

 

 

  • Customer grants permission to Green Eagle Pressure Washing LLC to take before-and-after photographs or videos of the property for quality assurance, marketing, and training purposes.

  • Customer identity and address will not be publicly disclosed without explicit permission.

 

 

 

 

12. Acceptance of Terms

 

 

By booking service with Green Eagle Pressure Washing LLC, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service
